Consolidation of the Industrial Identity

Manufacturing industries, which create new products and technologies, contribute the lion's share to national wealth and thereby decisively enhance the standard of living of its citizens. Therefore, the revitalization of our industries, which have been brought to their knees, dismantled and sold off by the transition, will be of vital importance for the growth of our economic power and our equality in the European area. One of the main priorities of IAS is to contribute to the consolidation of our industrial identity through quality operations.

The members of the IAS participate in the formation of scientific and technological research with constructive proposals, which the government will have to fund in the future.

Transferring the Results into Practice

With special attention and active action, IAS accelerates the use of research results in the development of new innovative products and technologies. These enable production from the fields of chemical engineering, electronics, information technology, computing, mechatronic systems, mechanical engineering, construction, wood, textile, pharmaceutical, leather and food industries to produce quality and competitive new high-tech products.

Part of the effort to transfer the results is also the promotion of the work of engineers and the encouragement of young people to join technical science and the profession.

Education of Engineers

Training of engineering personnel is the next important priority to which the IAS dedicates its time. Cooperation in structuring relevant educational engineering programs for the future is one of the key tasks of our Academy.
