Yassin Hassan

The scientific and research activities of Prof. Dr. Yassin Hassan broadly encompass energy fields such as hydrogen production, CO2 management, nuclear energy, nuclear safety and security, and the simulation and optimization of energy systems. Key topics include computational and experimental thermohydraulics, fluid mechanics, two-phase flow, reactor safety, and modern laser measurement techniques in the experimental domain. At the university, he currently leads a renowned laboratory for research in thermohydraulics, where he investigates complex multiphase flows and phenomena using non-destructive measurement methods.
